Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:

differentiate between the types of public enterprises, as well as understand and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of these types of enterprises.
identify controlling, management and leadership strategies and apply this knowledge in practical examples.
describe the fundamentals of European Law.
review questions of Quality Management as well as of Outsourcing and Insourcing.
recognize all the other relevant factors which influence public enterprises and their stakeholders.
