After this course students will understand the anatomical and physiological basics, you can describe the human body in medical terminology as well as assign the various organs topographically. You are able to bring the general structure to describe the structure and function of the various organs and the basic physiological activities of humans in relation to the organs and organ systems

Acquiring sound theoretical knowledge on the subjects listed below

A-level knowledge of biology (eg cell structure, basics of cell division (mitosis and meiosis), transcription and translation / protein biosynthesis) and chemistry (eg structure of DNA, the cell's energy); morphological knowledge of the inner organs

Introduction to anatomy and physiology, basic concepts of direction and position designation structure, morphology and function of cells and tissues embryogenesis Structure and function of the musculoskeletal apparatus structure and function of the respiratory system structure and function of the heart and circulatory system structure and function of the blood-forming organs including coagulation and LympheAufbau and function of the digestive system including metabolic structure and function of the urogenital system including Säure-Basen-/ ElektrolytstoffwechselAufbau and function of the nervous system structure and function of the skin and the sense organs and the endocrine organs
