On successful completion of this course students will:
understand the basic concepts and theories of International Management as well as the specifics of multinational corporations
be able to conduct an internal and external strategic analysis
develop integrated (international) business-level and corporate-level strategies

Introduction to the basic concepts of International Management as well as trade and FDI theories.
Basics of strategic thinking.
The strategic planning process (macro analysis, industry analysis, company analysis, positioning, business level and corporate level strategies).
Strategy implementation and change management.
Basics of international human resources management in multinational companies.
