The aim of this course is to improve the students' writing, speaking and listening skills, as well as to acquire the competences necessary to use Slovene the working language in a professional context. On successful completion of this course, students can:
- create a CV
- complete a job interview
- write a job specific letter of application
- understand advertising
- draft a job advert
- present a chart/graph
- give tips and recommendations
- converse about the following topics: clothing, food and drink, weather, accommodation, home.
Successful completion of Slovene 2
The following topics will be covered:
- CV and job interview
- Presentation of current trends (comparisons between EU countries)
- Advertising
- Everyday conversation topics (clothing, food and drink, weather, accommodation, home)
- Grammar (5th and 6th cases, conditional, modal verbs).
