This course aims to consolidate previously acquired structures and topics, improve oral and written communication skills and enlarge vocabulary based on previous knowledge and skills, introduce relevant vocabulary for business situations.
On successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
talk about everyday topics (work and hobbies)
make future arrangements
present their family members (characteristics and occupation)
report about events in the past
ask for specific quantities when shopping
ask and give directions
complete simple written tasks
make simple telephone enquiries.

Daily activities (world of work and recreation)
Time specification (regularity of activities)
Family
Personal description
Giving directions
Simple written correspondence
Basic telephone enquiries
Grammar (past tense, future tense, prepositions with the 2nd case, negation, quantities, imperatives)
Excursion to Ljubljana/ Slovenia (1 day).
