Basic concepts and models of intercultural communication
Applications of intercultural Communication
Cultural Dimensions of intercultural communication in both
theory and practice
Critical analysis of cultural differences in communication style, problem-solving, and non-verbal communication
Experiential exercises and group work enabling students to test and improve their own communication skills and apply the knowledge they have gained
