The students are familiar with the fundamentals of BIM technology. Course graduates are able to develop and visualize virtual building models using a special BIM system suitable for Architects and Engineers.

Based on those skills the students are able to optimise planning processes.

Introducing the fundamentals of Building Information Modelling using appropriate BIM-System:

Creating and editing virtual building models

Working with spatial parametric and so called "intelligent" building elements, e.g. walls, windows, columns and so on

Designing, documenting and visualizing information gained from virtual building models

Massing and creating building parts list
