Students have developed the needed personal skills and strategies that enable them to present good arguments and questions.
They have developed strategies against attacks, manipulated question as well as interview techniques and power games.
They are able to decide which strategies as to arguments and questions help them to demonstrate powerful presence and cleverness in reply in situations of conflict.
Students have the opportunity to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in a simulation on large group interventions in an organization or to put forward their arguments in their case study presentation.
