analyse a complex (administrative) problem, taking into account all relevant aspects.
assess the diverse relationships between administration, politics, economy and society and refer to them in their analysis.
justify a reasonable solution in a given case (even under time pressure and changing factors).

Processing a case study dealing with administrative, legal, political and economics aspects.
