The students are able to edit personal economic problems in the company, they develop an understanding of changing social conditions and their impact on the company staff and management work. They understand the strategic importance of human resource management as an essential part of business management. Students learn the methods and instruments of human resources planning. (Recruiting, staffing, staff evaluation, staff remuneration, employee retention and downsizing); Students strengthen their capacity for leadership and teamwork through the joint development of advanced subjects selected from the personnel and management area. They know the project management tools and are capable of the principles and tools of project management and are able to use those tools in different fields of practice.
