The students have fundamental knowledge of the basics statistic principles and can use these methods for medical analysis.

Descriptive Statistics (measures of location, measures of spread, grouped data, graphic methods), regression and correlation methods, Probability (probability space, conditional Probability, Bayes' rule), random variables, discrete and continuous distributions, estimation, examples for applications in medicine.
