Students will be able to understand the basic setup of data-acquisition systems and the involved sub-structure. This presented knowledge is based on practical implementations of integrated sensor systems of the semiconductor industry.
Students will be able to work out feasibilities of DAQ/Sensor-systems with calculations and estimations from requirements down to the implementation
