On successful completion of the course, students:
- can effectively analyse case studies and problem scenarios related to intercultural management
- can develop viable ideas and solutions to intercultural dilemmas based on independent research
- understand how culture impacts leadership
- are aware of the challenges facing managers in an intercultural context
The course will cover the following topics/content:
- Current developments in intercultural management
- Students research specialized topics related to intercultural management
- Culture and leadership
- Critical analysis of case studies in intercultural management
- Experiential learning project in an authentic intercultural (business) context;
- Intercultural competence development;
- Digital storytelling and digital literacy skills;
- Research documentation, analysis, presentation and teamwork reflection

Assessment type: continuous assessment
- Collaboration and participation in class, case study analysis on an intercultural business scenario (group assignment) (30 %)
- Individual digital stories (30 %)
- Group (virtual) presentation (20 %)
- Written reflection paper based on the Development Model of Intercultural Management (20 %)
