The Master’s program International Business Management teaches problem-solving skills to:

  • select target regions and locations,
  • set up and implement international cooperations,
  • cooperate with local authorities and international partners,
  • manage and monitor international activities as well as
  • positively influence internationalisation processes,
  • thereby producing valuable graduates for businesses interested in maximising the benefits of globalisation.

 

Fields of Employment

The fields of employment for graduates of the Master program International Business Management include, in particular, International Small and Medium Size Enterprises. Businesses with headquarters in the EU who want to set up networks of value creation in Southeast and Central Europe, as well as non-Austrian businesses that want to intensify their business activities in Austria or bordering EU countries. Other options include International Organisations and Non Profit Organisations, such as the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the Council of Europe or the United Nations (UN) as well as the public sector and associations, for example, Trade Commissions and the Chambers of Commerce.
