Application

Thank you for your interest in our programs at CUAS.

At CUAS it is possible to apply for a study place at a maximum of three degree programs. Your application will be processed according to your first priority.

For the Online-Application please prepare the following documents either as PDF- or JPG- file. Certificates you cannot provide at the moment, can be sent later by e-mail or mail. It is in your interest to provide as many relevant documents as possible.

International applicants have to provide translated copies of their documents in German or English. The translation needs to be done by a sworn and officially accredited translator.

In addition applicants from non-EU Countries are required to submit their translated documents legalized by the Austrian diplomatic representation.

How to become a student
In the Bachelor Program "Management" 130 students are given the opportunity to apply for our Bachelor Degree Program. Applicants must have a general qualification for university entrance (an Austrian or equivalent school leaving certificate), the university entrance certificate or vocational qualification or the vocational master certificate with additional qualifications in the subjects German, English and Mathematics.

Applicants must send in a formal application until 15th of August 2012.


Application
Please enclose copies of the following documentation and certificates (may be handed in later should they not be available) with your written application:

  • Curriculum Vitae including photograph
  • Copy of School Leaving Certificate or University Entrance Certificate
  • Copy of last school report
  • Copy of Proof of Citizenship
  • Copy of relevant additional qualifications

Should you meet the formal admission requirements, you will be asked to take a written placement test which tests your suitability and aptitude. Thereafter, you will be asked to a personal interview to ascertain your motivation and professional interest. You will be informed of the results within a few days.


Transfer of Credit
If you have graduated from a relevant Vocational High School, your previous knowledge can be credited in certain subjects. Similarly, it is also possible to have courses or examinations from universities or other Institutions of Higher Education at home or abroad credited.

Kindly note that all programs – except International Business Management – are taught entirely in German. Thus only those with a solid knowledge of the German language will be considered for the application process.
