Professional Accomplishments
Mr. Hoffland has been teaching English courses at the Carinthia Uni. of Applied Sciences since 2002.  Since that time he has been an active member in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) presenting at TESOL 2005, 2006 and 2007 in the areas of curriculum and materials development.  Mr. Hoffland is a member of the TESOL Interest Section English for Specific Purposes (IS-ESP) and has read been an abstract reviewer for the IS-ESP since 2005. Additionally, he has submitted a chapter for the 2007 edition of Authenticity in the Classroom and Beyond, part of TESOL's Classroom Practice Series.
