FH add-ons are preparatory, accompanying and advanced courses for prospective students who want to refresh or deepen their knowledge in the natural sciences . As an additional competence for the start of the study the consolidation of skills in the STEM areas contributes to an easier start into the student life.

The participation in the courses is free for prospective students of Engineering & IT.

  • Prospective students of technical bachelor's degree programs.

The aim is to support students with no prior knowledge, especially in the initial phase of the study in basic subjects.

Requirement and Application

Approved for the application are all prospective students who want to refresh or consolidate their knowledge in mathematics, computer science, electrical and Competences. This requires the application and commitment to study in the field of Engineering & IT.

The application must pass the deadline until August 15. In exceptional cases, short-term requests may be accepted subject to availability of places. The allocation of places is carried out in the order of registration.
