Architecture Qualification Profile
The concept is based on the combination of engineering and architectural competence. Derived from the requirements of the fields of employment the emphasis lies in the areas of presentation, projection, design, structural planning and construction management.
These qualifications are already coupled with basic knowledge of architectural technology as well as connected proficiency in the areas of ecological and energy efficient building, materials science, construction engineering and construction. Architecture is covered so that definite competence is developed in sustainable planning and the integrated realisation of new buildings and the equally important field of sustainable renovation of old property.
Proficiency in the English Language and the attainment of communication skills round off the qualification profile.
A consecutive continuation of the Bachelor program into the Master’s program in “Architecture” is recommended in order to gain a broader and higher qualification.
