IT-Service

The IT Service (ITS) department is responsible for the operation and further development of the entire IT infrastructure of Carinthia University of Applied Sciences (CUAS) at all locations.
Main functions:

  • Provision of information and communication services for supporting teaching and administration
  • Provision of the IT equipment required for teaching
  • Supporting students and teachers in handling IT equipment
  • Carrying out software development for the administrative area

For optimum support of the teachers and students, a helpdesk is provides by the IT Service. The general conditions for this service are defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
