Test of Integrated Circuits

The lecture test of integrated circuits will be conducted during the second semester of the ISCD master program. It is organized in 12 modules (4 lecture hours each) including conducted lectures and introduction for labs. The course shows all principles of production test and of design for test. It concentrates on all methods for design for test of VLSI circuits. The course builds on basic knowledge of digital design, and uses digital design tools for synthesis, test pattern generation and simulation.
