Chapter 3: High-Speed Electrical Interfaces
- Serial interface architecture
- Transmitter architecture and building blocks.
- Receiver architecture and building blocks
- Receiver and transmitter equalization techniques
- ISI reduction with decision feedback equalizers
- Clock-and-data recovery (CDR)
Chapter 4: Optoelectronic Integrated Circuits (OEIC) - optional
- Monolithic photodiode integration.
